Within The Netherlands, we deliver all orders with PostNL. We charge €4,95 for shipments under €75,00. Packages can only be delivered to residential addresses, not PO box addresses. We strive to deliver your order within one to two working days.

• When you place an order on weekdays before 3.00 pm we will send your order the same day.
• As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code that will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
• If a package cannot be delivered because no one is home, as a standard policy, it will be left with your neighbours. If the parcel also cannot be delivered to your neighbours, the deliveryman will post a note through your door with a ‘not home’ code. With this dedicated code you can then go to the website and click ‘My package’ to make a choice for an alternative time (or destination) for your parcel to be delivered.
• If you or your neighbours aren’t home for the second delivery attempt, you can pick-up your package with the delivery note from your nearest PostNL Post offices. You have about three weeks to do this before the shipment is returned to the sender. To pick-up your parcel, you will need to identify yourself.

If you are not satisfied with an item(s), you can return it/them within 30 days on the condition that the item(s) are returned in good condition. This means that the articles cannot be damaged, dirty or have been modified or worn, and that all the labels are still attached.

Register your return. Select the item(s) you want to return and choose the desired return method. You will get all the information you need when you start the return process.

From the time you submit your order at your preferred drop off point, it may take a week before we receive your return at our warehouse.

After receiving the package, each returned order is checked thoroughly. If it appears that your return is undamaged and has been returned within the time limit, you will receive a credit note by mail. From here, we will transfer the refund of your purchase price to the relevant bank or credit card company.

Depending on the bank or credit card company, this may take up to three days to fully process and hit your account. In the case of a after payment, the returned items will be deducted from the bill.
